They are, they are terrible! A few years ago my family took a roadtrip across country; from PA to California, and all the way back (trying to hit all new states on the way back). It was the only vacation I ever really went on...
6 people; 2 adults and 4 kids (one being a 2 year old baby), 1 van, and weeks of driving in the hot summer weather. x_X Was terrible! Whenever we stopped it was relaxing, especially once we made it there and hit the beaches, but the it was so terrible being in that car...
The breaks even stopped working once, and the car was driving right towards a cliff edge, and not even the emergency breaks worked, so my dad cut the wheel and hit a tree instead. He's a mechanic, fixed it fast, but at the time it was scary as hell. o.o
Yeah... roadtrips... no fun until you reach your destination!

My mother wanted us all to go to Florida 6 years ago BY CAR. We spent 2 whole days driving down and two days driving back. Aside from seeing historical pieces, it SUCKED.

Wow, that really does suck! My antisocial gay cousin visited with his mother for a week last summer. All he did was read books, play CoD4 with us, and being a quiet prick. Noone in our family likes him or his mother.

Well then you were fed on perspective. I took Sunday School classes when I was younger. I much prefer a college atmosphere, because it is well educated persons with open minds, while any church classes will only feed you their religion unless making another look worse.

I'm just glad I didn't go to Catholic school. Then again, I'm a Christian, altho I don't go to church anymore. People get so up-in-arms about religion, it's ridiculous. It's belief structures, but they treat it like it's a race-type situation.
