xD I just did a nervous system study, based off of my own sleep schdule; tracking my sleep for 10 days, when i go to bed, when i wake up, how many hours i sleep, and how many times I wake up, then I also tracked caffeinated drinks, but I dont drink them a lot and only had one in the entire 10 day period. Three of those nights I hadn't slept at all and by the end, i averaged together to hours, and the results were that i get about 2.5 hours of sleep at night
