Title: The dream that set me free.
Post by: Xicor on July 13, 2010, 08:52:55 PM
It started in a familiar playground I used to play in when I was a child. It was greatly enhanced and they added a basketball and tennis court. Anyway, there was a huge crowd of people walking all over the place. They kind of just suddenly appeared. As the sunlight hit the ground with a flickering buzz, I turn and see my recent ex walking by. At first I didn't believe it, so I followed her to be sure.

I walked across the basketball court and one of my friend from high school suddenly appeared and started talking to her saying, "haha Josh is so gay! lol I'm kidding, he's cool." My ex didn't say anything, just kept on walking. As I left the basketball court, the ground turned into concrete and a small boat appeared in my hand.

She disappeared for a moment and I came across a latter leaning against a building. I climbed up and sat down in this chair. I leaned over and there was a puddle of water in the concrete of the building. I naturally put the boat in the water and started moving it back and forth.

Then I look down to see my ex laying on a chair. (The long ones found at swimming pools. I forgot what there are called.) I climb back down and move towards her. She was laying on her stomach wearing a bikini. I stood there for a few seconds then gently put the boat next to her on the ground. I think I said, "Here you go." or "Hear it's yours." I'm not to sure.

I began to walk away when I felt the need to turn around. I turned and she was standing right in front of me. She then reached out and gave me a hug. At that precise moment, I wrapped my hands around her (remember she was wearing a bikini) and her skin felt incredibly real. It felt just like her in real life. I just had forgotten it's been months since I last saw and spoke to her.

I then woke up to find tears running down my checks. I had been trying to move on from her for months, but I realized how much I cared for her and that deep down, I didn't want to let her go. I'm sure she feels the same way, but she found somebody else to "replace" me. It's too bad no one can replace me. I still have no choice but to move on, but I took this dream as a sign. A small part of me still wanted her so bad. Realizing this, I will always love her no matter what happens. I can't change that. Knowing that, I can finally forget and she'll fade away. Moving on has been way easier now thanks to the dream. Things must get worst before they get better.

How could I remember something like that in my dream? It was the most vivid dream I had ever had. Just thought I might share my dream with all of you. So yeah, if it disturbs or upsets anyone in any way, I'm sorry. Just putting it out there.

We all have extremely peculiar dreams like this all the time, it's just reflections from our past events and such. I used to have plenty of dreams about this dream girl from my school, and how I would be in a home depot or rug store and see her, try to say hi, but a tall, long black-haired boyfriend would walk up and say "come on babe, let's go."

All you can do is move on. Skip the thoughts of her and move on my friend, just go after another dame.

I usually have strange and intense dreams, usually 5 or so a week. Last insane one was one where my mom died, it was very strange to go thru something like that in dream form. Other dreams have included inserting snake embryos into womens.

I never have people in my dreams per say, only concepts; I know who they are, but they have no details. I just know who they are and that they are a person.

In your dream; (bananas)

Buying bananas predicts prosperity. Eat one and you will be imposed on to perform some kind of duty. See bananas growing on trees and you will have a few small strokes of luck. Rotten bananas forecasts your friends will disappoint you. Eat a banana every 25 minutes and you will be on peanut butter jelly time.

After the Black Keys concert the other night, I had a wild dream that I was a dog doing drug searches at my high school, sniffing lockers. Then I woke up to the sound of people asking if I was awake.

Yeah I know watcha mean, I get down-to-earth dreams a LOT lately. Last night I dreamt that I went into my dad's bathroom, found my brother's old electric shaver and shaved off all my whiskers. Then I went back to bed.

Keep a notepad beside your bed to write it when you wake up. That's what I used to do.

that doesnt mean it doesnt have to be bad
the brain registers most dreams as being unneeded memories and erases memories of them shortly after waking, in most cases

past few days, i have had a cold and it just escalated to really really sick,
migranes, constant runny nose, cold sweats, coughing
last night i kept dreaming a nightmare then waking up then going right back into it while very ill
last night i had Steak n Shake, which is pretty good hamburgers
i kept dreaming about escaping in an underground steak n shake from the earthquakes and war
over and over, really sucked

aw that sucks. For the past two days I've been waking up in the morning, yet still dreaming in a way. I'll hear my phone ring and answer it, then roll over and be talking into it. This morning, I was laying there with my hand next to my head saying "where are you?" and realizing there's not a phone in my hand. I was baffled--this happened last summer.

Last night I dreamt of being in some huge golden-bricked subway. Very neat, but I recall running after something. Not sure what.

XD I keep having conversations with people and not remembering them at all because I tend to answer the phone in my sleep
I've started checking my phone every morning to see who called last night and how long our conversations were
Longest convo was a 20 min convo with my friend, Matt... o.o still no idea what the heck i talked about with him for 20 minutes, but I apparently was responding and everything... xP Sometimes I'm afraid I'll say something realllly stupid and not realize it

"First you add butter, then you ad the cheese, then you put it in the microwave with pickles, after it comes out add mayo and ketchup, then salami. Don't forget the most important ingredient, bananas. "
