it has been a while but i finally got dreamweaver cs4 so im going to retry to make that site i was working on back in the day for those who remember. the only problem is i have to remember how to do a lot of the stuff [cow]

Kinjo is prolly right... the task bar on the bottom is different.. there were a few similar elements, i was just curious.. o.o I didn't actually like.. study the picture at all..

no haha, not about the 3.1, because i don't know many other versions of windows, so i wouldnt know what other version it was, but i was more so agreeing with it being another windows
