Actualy, this months ESPN the magazine has the answer, theres already people at USC's Institute forCreative Technologies Inventing 3D Holographic viewers, that can project images with rotating Mirros they say that they are within 5-10 years of making the technology easier then it is right now and far more cost effective, and that Holographic TV is not out of the realm of imaginations from the jetsons.

Then after that its live action robots. It couldn't get anymore real than holograms.
