i said i played commodor 64 durring junior high

no lol its more like the 3DO was the PS3 of our generation when it first came out they wanted 700$ for that thing
the PS1 was way ahead of its time it was awesome.. maybe that was the PS3 of our generation that or the 64 Bit atari system.

i remmber asking stores for the new nintendo, because at first nintendo hired sony to help on there new system they then scrapped, then sony just continued then bam! Playstation

so when i went looking for it, i kept asking about the new nintendo, and people were like what?

nintendo tried suing because they said they owned the name playstation, but sony won and we all know what happened after

sony has always been a thief, ps3 is a huge example of that

The next generation systems will hit the shelves 2012 for sure, this industry makes too much cash to not make a new systems.

you have to admit though Sony knew what to do more then nintendo did cuz while the N64 broke even and didnt quite bomb completly Sony made big with a CD drive instead of cartridges and then also Nintendo lost out on the Video Game Writing Licences war Loosing Square soft and the Final fantasy series was a Huge hit to nintendo.. espeshally since it meant which systems had FF7... not to mention dozence of other companies that had been forever loyal to nintendo..

Buying any game console the day it comes out will ALWAYS be more expensive. The true cost of items are virtually a factor of Demand. So in a year or two ill be picking up a PS3. I still have 5 handfuls of PS2 games to play.

its never fun though to buy things after they come down in price because usualy it means one of 2 things, either A, Everyone has it and your not seen as cool to have it and people have moved on to the next new thing, or B no one has it No one wants it and nothing about it is fun.

as ive learned with owning kinjos old X box Answer A is basically what happened and yes the games were fun.. but it was only fun for me and no one cared.

if the PS 3 does have a Huge bomb which i would say is Highly doubtfull, there should be nothing wrong about the system it should just be about how good the games and software are writen for it and if it has a Huge amount of Titles only for the system. anyways should worst come to worst as like people who said i wont buy the N64 when its brand new, by the time it comes to a price you think you want it you may find you dont.. for either reasons.
