Ya I agree LBD is kinda text talk, it's actually an acronym not even a word, but words like chillax are being used quite often now.  It makes sense for it to be included since it is so popular, but it is still kind of silly.

Title: Re: Newly Recognized Words in the Latest Oxford Dictionary
Post by: Adelaide on September 27, 2010, 11:05:37 PM
Freemium is a noun, not an adjective and the 4M isnt a freemium because you don't have to pay for services or advanced features ever. An example of freemium is a lot of software and gaming companies that create demos and trials of their games and products that can be downloaded to a computer but don't have as many features as it would if you paid for the complete product. For example, Plants vs. Zombies has a demo out where you get 60 minutes of game play or something and you can only play some games and levels, while others are restricted to those who purchase the game. Big Fish Games is a freemium because they offer demos of their games that get more features as they are purchased. C:

how about this for a law

if you get a divorce you get slapped in the face for as many months you were married for
