I cant stand when people take out the agitation on people who arent responsible for the problem and are just trying to do their jobs
I was at Blockbuster a few weeks ago and this guy was screaming at this girl about how they never informed him of their late fee policy and he never knew, so he wasnt paying the fine, and she said even if they weren't informed, there is huge sign in the back and he was like "That wasnt there last time" and I've been using this blockbuster for 5 years and its been there every year, so thats just not true. And she was saying how it was there since the store opened and he was arguing whether or not the stupid big sign in the back was there or not... when he finally left we were next in line and the same woman helped me find the DVD i was looking for even though i entirely butchered the title because i couldnt remember it well and she was really nice... There wasnt even a manager working, and it turns out she was the one working register that day he took out the movie and she was sure of herself that she informed him of it so it was just some guy trying to get out of paying a late fee for a DVD he kept too long
