I just watched this anime on Netflix. K is decent I guess. Its about this city where there are several clans and each clan has a king. The king has powers and is able to give minor powers to his kinsmen.
I would give it a 6/10

Its just one season on netflix, so pretty short. There might be a other season elsewhere, I haven't looked!
