My clock is correct right down to the second my time(set by atomic clock). HAPPY NEW YEAR 4M.

nope. the 4M is one second ahead. IT R TRU CUS THE PEOPLE FOUND OUT THE ATOMIC CLOCK IS 1 SECOND BEHIND SO THEY ADDED A SECOND. i just realized that.
