it could be a Brand of Meals or whatever what do you Microwave?

now days its kinda whatever is on sale or frozen vegetables, But like today im Eating a Hungry Man microwave meal.

you can microwave ramen, When i was 12 i did all the time, its actually why i cant eat the stuff anymore :(

i never like Dried vegetables that you boil out... the Sodium Content is enough to BOIL YOUR BLOOD!!
