I know what you mean when you say it takes days to notice a new feature on ur site.

My games, most of the time when I work on them I want to add some features and I spend days sometimes looking on how to do it. I need to learn how to do what I already know how to do before all that.

i cant find a way to link that to the text My Account that fw pointed out

which is why i think for the header button, changing that to games once i get categories working

but it takes u to another page in order to do it. It takes time to click up there and fill out the form, it would be better if it was like image shack. Home page has the upload button.

The problem with your suggestion is that one need an account in order to upload a flash on the portal. Members would have to first login, which would be loading pages and by then the attempt to make less page loads would be redundant.

Fitting in the entire upload form on the front page isn't very pretty looking. The concept works for imageshack because its just a file upload without titles, summary, or thumbnails.

TL;DR?

Upload form too big for button.
Membership makes for navigating pages.

it's a nice site to have, but it's not fun, because it isn't very competitive or have any reason to post quality work.

I'm thinking a simpler site would make it way better. So many pages is good because you can have a to of publicity and stuff, but it shouldn't be about that so much yet. I am thinking you should look at photobucket's site. It's got a very simple idea.

Front page with a search bar, and suggestions to watch.
And a second page to find stuff.

here is my delema... when designing my own sites, i draw blanks on what to do

but working on other peoples sites, blogs etc i get a million ideas

i guess i always think that mine has to be FRICKEN EXTREMEE!! but then draw a blank because i can't design it to my liking...
