MonkeyJam (100% Free)

MonkeyJam is a digital penciltest program. It is designed to let you capture images from a webcam, camcorder, or scanner and assemble them as separate frames of an animation. You can also import images and sound files already on your computer. Although it is designed for pencil and paper, MonkeyJam can also be used for StopMotion animation and has several features just for that. Movies created in MonkeyJam can be exported as AVI files.

I use Paint, HAHA. X-D I'm such a loser when it comes to every form of art. =\
I should really get at least some other programs... I've been lacking the motivation to learn to use something new though. =_=

I usually collaborate- render something in Cinema 4D, convert it to a brush in Gimp, make an art piece out of it, touch it up in Fireworks and add text and stuff in Fireworks as well.

I do it all the time. Speaking, of Gimp, it's another great free software.

It's nearly identical to photoshop, just a bit of a different layout. Only, of course, that it's free.

Other softwares that are pretty nice are Audacity (http://audacity.sourceforge.net/) for stuff that involves editing sounds in small parts. It can also open a ton of audio file types, which is great if you need to convert some.

Ive tried Gimp, but can't stand how things work.

Ive been using Photoshop for about 10 years now, and am unable to adapt to other graphic programs.

Wings 3D is ideally suited for modeling and texturing low to medium density polygon meshes. It has a wide range of very effective tools optimised for these tasks hidden behind its 'minimalistic' interface.

Designed as a stand-alone modeler, without animation or 'proper' rendering facilities it should not be confused with software that does include such features - although its modeling capabilities stand extremely favourable comparison with equivalent sections of such applications - whether free or commercial.

Kinjo note; I actually tried wings 3d, made a few things too like a boombox, wine glass and a few other misc objects, awhile ago.

Actually if used correctly MS Paint can be a powerful art programing. ;P
