Yo, members and friends!

You've probably noticed lately that members have been Warned in the past week. Kinjo and I were worried about being too harsh and making you not like the 4M, so we got together and worked out a little system.

 We apologize deeply.

So, from now on, NO Warnings will take place without both Admins aproval. We agreed that the Warning Mod should only be used for "Break glass for axe" type situations, and new members who post pron.

FYI there are 4 levels of Warnings:
Level 1 Visual Warning(no actual restrictions)
Level 2 Moderated Posting(Mod must aprove your posts)
Level 3 Mute(cant post)
Level 4 Banishment

we have been doing alot of testing out the new features, none of you should take offense to any warnings or bans

Took a big French test today--sure I got an great grade. Went from a 70-something to a 93 in less than 4 weeks!
