Got a crazy fancy new laptop, decided to test it out by intalling  TOB . its taking forever. is it me or is it Steam/valva?

Kedzor, its your computer, for some reason things run slower on lap tops you should have just gotten another PC.

depends. it has nothing to do with the type of the computer. if it's a laptop or not. depends what your ram is. i have a 2 gig ram so i run things pretty damn fast. of course there are other variables and also this does not belong in free chat but rather tech.

I want to play Orange Box. If I clean up my laptop(since its charging now) I might reward myself with that set of games.

you can get it pretty cheap on the website. of course that is my 4M opinion. sense chickan has told me not to speak of illigal things on the 4m. :D

its you.. i have a 3Ghz comp with a 256 meg DD3 Graphics card and 2 Gigs of DDR2 memory, the game is so fresh and fast on high Detail its awesome.

How well you play games depends on your video card and ram, most laptops have sucky video cards, unless you have a great lap top like me...

Ram: 4gig
Processor: 3.0ghz
Video card: Nvidea Geforce 9800gt 1024mb

Those 3 things are the main componets on gaming and loading things, and those are the exact specs i have

i know they rock
