Break-ups only negatively affect the loser. This isn't determined by who does the breaking, but by who doesn't successfully move on or stop caring. I think being left for another guy is the hardest scenario, because it's always some douche-bag who's a condensed and canned version of everything wrong with the world.

There is just no shortcut to becoming laid-back or being able to deal with that easier. It takes a lot of dating experience and a ton of break-ups before you realize that there is just no reason to force a relationship, especially when the other person doesn't want it. Really: If you wouldn't lock someone in a dungeon in real life—then you shouldn't ever do it in your mind.

Man, I just don't know what to say to that. From a basic human/social perspective it really lacks personality. Outside of the weird grammar issues and formatting of your bio, you've made one huge critical mistake: Girls like older men! Just ask some of the circa high-school age kids here—I bet they know quite a few hot chicks who are dating guys way older than them.

Also, emphasizing being normal is usually a red flag that you aren't, but in a bad way. Seriously, F being normal. Normal is boring, normal is the mild sauce of life, normal is a slice of white Wonderbread with a side of warm tap water. It's about as exciting as going to a Celine Dion concert, then topping the night off with a riveting game of charades with the in-laws and a glass of table wine.

The most you have to say about yourself are the things you own, other peoples' works and how much you like "playing." This is where you have to obey the "show not tell" rule in writing. A bio is a chance to showcase your personality! If it doesn't go beyond watching anime or playing Xbox then you have to discover who you really are and what's stopping that guy from coming out.

It's ok to like geek things; I am a geek. I'm wearing a shirt that says "Dragons [the other white meat]." Geek is the new trendy thing to be. In fact, it has never been easier for us to be popular. Anyone can watch CBS's The Big Bang Theory and figure that out.

I'm not in favor for teaching guys how to manipulate their way into the sack. I used to be like that, and it's just a path of shallow meaningless guilt free sex with beautiful women (ok, ignore that last part), maybe listen to Katy Perry's song "Firework." I don't really know, but I do know that if you aren't happy in life you need to make dramatic changes.

If people suck, then you suck, so don't worry about sucky dating experiences! Rather be alone that with someone who is ok with how much you suck?

Dating sites are for people who don't know how to compete in normal society--and you, sir, tkoold, compete in normal society, you just lack the self esteem. If you want to meet geeky dames, don't put yourself on a dating site where divorcees over 40 are looking for someone to tell them that they aren't overweight. Go to comic shops, music houses and various shows. Go to comic conventions, there's plenty to meet there! They're even at the market, you just have to bite your lip, throw on a blanket of confidence, be yourself, and advance!

All you need is confidence and casual attitude. Pickup lines are HUGE turnoffs and pretending you aren't yourself just doesn't work. Laidback--most key word you can ask for.
