Title: WHAT THE HELL, LADY?!

Get this: I was working in the coffee shop and had left the shop to wipe the tables inside and outside. I come back in with 8 minutes left until closing and what do I find standing in front of the counter? A fat black chick with a [cen] ing agenda! So I figured she just wants a small coffee or something like everyone else.
I unlock the register and ask her what she wants. She tells me she wants 2 large fruit smoothies with extra whipped cream. I figured I could get out by the hair on my neck then and just empty the coffee pots quicker. So I made both smoothies and gave them to her--I had 3 to 4 minutes left until closing. Then what does she do? SHE ASKS FOR 2 MORE LARGE SMOOTHIES!!!
I rush over to the minifridge and prepare two more, then I make each of them quickly and give them to her. I had one minute left to close!! She buys them and then an employee buys an iced tea. I had to get the hell out of dodge, so I quickly wipe off the donut trays and empty out the coffee pots and sanitizer bucket. The clock said 7:07! I shut off the lights and got the f*ck out of there, then clocked out and left. I HATE CONSUMERS!

haha, Wesker =P People do that; you should have told her it was nearly closing
I usually work until 11 pm, but i never leave until 10-30 minutes after that -.-

Like I said, I thought she would just ask for a small coffee or a cafe latte. SO MUCH FOR THAT!

You should have told her before that... That you were closing and at the time all that you could serve was small coffees, ect. o.o Seems fair to me...

I had nine minutes! I didn't want to piss her off. She did the pissing off, though. GAH!

o.o i have no idea what that had to to with it but okay... did she order them for herself or was she with someone? because thats a lot of smoothie...

She ordered the first two smoothies herself, then she had someone else on the phone who asked for two strawberry fruit smoothies.

Yeah. I gave her dome lids like the ones used for slushies, then put in a nice amount of whipped cream on the first one. Then she said "could you put in more?" So I basically filled the entire dome in 1 second. It was ridiculous.

Nick, do you have any idea how long it takes to make 4 large fruit smoothies with extra whipped cream? You have to measure out a full cup of ice, pour it in the blender, measure out the fruit mix to 12 oz, pour that in the blender, turn on the blender and set it for a 20 second grind, then pour out the smoothie, rush to the other end of the coffee shop, pull out the whipped cream and fill the entire dome lid with whipped cream, and REPEAT. It's a nightmare.

o.o Wesker, that doesn't sound to terrible... I make smoothies all the time (i have to measure out fresh fruit too... which is more time consuming than powder =P) It was a minor inconvenience, why are you letting it get to you so much?

The way I see it, whenever people want a drink from the store that late, it's usually just a small coffee. I figured two large smoothies wouldn't hinder me much either, but this broad just had to order two large smoothies with EXTRA whipped cream. This shit takes time, nick. Needless to say the store closed in less time than it took to make those things.
