We don't ban unless its the last resort. Since 2001 we've banned 2 people and both were temporary 30day bans to cool off.
We don't like to come down on members, unless they are destructive. Also, 100% of the time, the trouble-makers have been Staff, or Moderators. Normal members are always nice most of the time.
We aren't as big and nasty as some think :P
