Also, running doesn't help if you don't improve the foods you eat; exercise and better dieting all by itself could lead to happier feelings. It's been proven that eating poorly causes mood swings, a lot of which are negative, and from what I've seen you are a junk food fiend, not to mention any real food you eat is pretty much all preservatives, chemicals, and hormones; all which lead to depression, unhealthy bodily functions, and fast weight gain. In other words, EECHURVEGGEEZ! =P
I can't run, so take Flash's advice on running; he actually runs. I try to jog when I can, but asthma is really bad for me. =P Also, stretching before running helps a lot to prevent muscle aches and injury, some of which can be severe. Start off easy and ease into it as Flash said before, otherwise over exertion could become a huge problem. Also, keep hydrated and every time you go to a pharmacy, check your blood pressure to be sure you aren't putting your heart at risk. =]
Also, being positive isn't hard at all ;D Everything has some gewd to it, even if you can't figure it out. Here, I found the first 20 minutes to the secret, you should watch it. It helps a lot with improving positive mentality, even if you don't believe what they have to say; it gives a feeling of hope.
