Most fail villain in gaming history

Id just like to see who everyone thinks is the worst of the worst and why. For me i think its Waluigi. It seems like he was just an autistic afterthought when they created wario, because if they just made wario then Luigi might go on a killing spree because he finally realizes not many people care about him. Plus the upside down L makes no sense.

Waluigi's L is upside down because Wario's W is actually an upside down M
They are evil Mario and Luigi!
Bowser was always lame in the villain department in my eyes. He never had enough back story, or showed up enough in games. Only at the end. Too hands off for me.

The upside down L doesnt really make any sense though. Upside down M makes a W, but an upside down L makes nothing

if you go through the history of games theres about 100 or so Evil bad guys worse then Waluigi, all time worst is anything out of the nintendo game ShadowGate, just look it up on youtube ect and youll see what i mean the game just owned you and you died very very cheaply..

Because they fail at completing their objective because the main character screws them over.
