wow i am so sick!!!! i threw up twice and it was terrible, i slept for over 12 hours

i am better today
i had weird dreams, i woke up from a phone call, then fell back asleep then decided to call my friend back, but when i tried to pick up the phone
my hand went right through the phone, then i looked at my hand and it was invisible, i couldn't figure out if i was dreaming or really out of body
back and forth i think i woke up could see my hand, then it would disappear
i even pinched myself, there was no feeling, i remembered seeing in movies where people would have an out of body experience would go back to their bodies and lay on themselves to get back in
that didnt work, then i somehow ended up in a truck going off a cliff i woke up called my friend back to stay up
very odd dream or was it..?
