the only way they can be girl and boy is if they are twins. But unless the boy is dressed up like a girl, then there is no reason for the hairband or the pigtail. Also guys don't do their eyebrows, or are not supposed to. But the hairband is missing a bow. i dunno anymore [psyduck]
