Umm... iPhone4 or EVO...
« on: January 26, 2011, 04:16:41 PM »
I'm having trouble choosing between the iPhone and EVO. I'm read many reviews on both and know there cons and pros. But to me, it's still hard to choose.

I was hoping someone could give me advise or if anyone had either of those phones, which should I get?

Thanks,
Xicor [asia]

Depends if you are going to make use of all that extra junk. Personally I just make calls, and sometimes send a text or two, so I always stick to dirt cheap phones.

Thanks Kinjo. I know this reply is a bit late, but I recently got an EVO and it's.... BEAST! lol
Great phone indeed. People still say the iPhone 4 has a better camera, but like FW said, I use my phone mainly for calling and texting. Just wanted the best up-to-date phone available.
Thank you for your thoughts administrators!

I have to agree, it really depends on what you are going to do with it other than send text messages and make calls, or even extend it to email messages.

I am not a fan of going with all in one gadgets though being able to do a lot on such a small size is great, I still would prefer using separate gadgets each with its own purpose.  Just feels different when you suddenly run out of battery for each one.

I’m struggling with my iPhone 3G due to both poor coverage and a massive slowdown since the OS updated. I have a friend working at Verizon who would love to sell me a Droid, but I have been unimpressed.

Who carries the Evo?

I’m impressed that you’re still using an iPhone 2.
