Such an insane and gruesome anime! Traditional Fantasy setting mixed in with some crazy demonic[shit] you meet Guts. He wields a HUGE sword and is a bad ass. He follows this rebel group called the Band of the Hawks led by Griffith, he encounters many enemies. All fall to his blade.

Yeah its post 80s, yet pre-modern anime style. Classic. It was in the top 5 on that anime list I think.

Heard Of it, But didnt the Anime get canceled after one season because of all the violence and blood?

this anime doesnt get me wet in the pants but it is still pretty good
