ya, everyone and there brother tried to sell me a home, and im like hell no

i worked in mortgage, apprasials and took some real estate classes, buying a house is a rip off

instead live with roomates, and save the money

you would be paying INTEREST like 800+ a month 100 to principle on a home loan about 100-150k

it has also affected people like my parents who own around six or seven different houses
and my mom is a real estate agent so it hurts her alot too
but in a way it helps my dad alittle bit cause then people have to rent houses from him cause they cant afford to buy one
so it balences out
