Nothing but pure bad ass! What did you use to animate most of them? Doesn't really look like flash.

Hi there! And thanks for your comments!

The Oyster, dog & cat, parrot and mime are animated in flash! Mostly frame by frame animation, so hardly any tweens.

The other animations are animated in After Effects or Cinema 4D. After effects is somewhat like Flash, but without the vectors and flash files :). Download the trial and experiment with the puppet tool some times! It's really easy to start with, though you can make really nice and complecated animation with it as well. Cinema 4D is 3d software. If you'd like to learn 3D, then cinema 4D is the software for you. It's much easier then for example Maya, and it still does great stuff!

The animations made with After Effects are still based on flash illustrations by the way. I do my illustration in Flash. Most of the backgrounds are Flash too!

if you'd like to see my animations in full length, try checking out my newgrounds page or website.

You can also be a follower on Newgrounds by adding me to your favorites offcourse! I'm working on a big title right now (fully flash by the way). It parodies a lot of video games (like Mario, zelda and World of Warcraft). I think you'll enjoy it when it's finished. I'll blog on Newgrounds and blogspot about it soon with arwork.

I hope that answers your questions! If not, let me know  [cmon1]

Cheers!

Niels (aniforce)
