Title: 30 MIN. WORKOUT!!

I got off my ass 45 minutes ago and went outside to jump rope for 10 minutes. Then I went inside, played my movie montage theme playlist (Police Story, No Easy Way Out, Hearts On Fire) and did 20 more minutes of excessive workout! I was sweating like a behemoth! WOOHOO!!

Problem is, I showered prior to the idea of working out. Now I go to work in 20 minutes.

Deer Park is sensational, but it doesn't top water from teh motherland. The ISBRE Norwegian water we sell at work is excellent.

o.o I'm fine with my tap water. As long as it's filtered, its fresh cold water, straight out of the ground. We don't have sewage here.

I meant that it tastes more like a hint of plastic, as opposed to deer park and the other delicious bottled water that tastes like it came from a fresh spring.
