Fox confirmed on Friday that its animated sitcom “King of the Hill” would end its 13-year run next year. But “American Dad,” about an animated and alert Republican family man, has been renewed for a fifth season. Although “King of the Hill,” which was created by Mike Judge and Greg Daniels, has been on the brink of cancellation before, the series has been a reliable part of Fox’s Sunday night animation schedule since 1997. The show will reach the 250-episode mark in May, and the final episodes are likely to be shown next summer. The cancellation of “King of the Hill” may make room on the schedule for two new animated comedies at Fox: the classroom spoof “Sit Down, Shut Up” and the “Family Guy” spin-off “The Cleveland Show.” Those series are scheduled to be given their premieres in early 2009.

its kinda our end to an era... after this and simpson dies kinjo i dont think there will be anything left from our teenage hood.. and maybe i never caught the right episodes but Family guy and american dad, i never found myself Highly enjoying those.. they were just to out there for me.. and i fear somehow that these other adult animated shows they have lined up years from now will only be farther from my intrest.. is it me or what do we do? im feeling like my dad all the Sudden.. it CANT BE!!! NOOOOOOOOOOOO

but in the famous last episode they die.. its hilarious

Beavis and Butthead died on their final episode and should remain that way. The show had a good run. Watching the older episodes of it made me realize that it was only really funny to me back then. King of the Hill lives on in syndication on FX, I've seen pretty much every episode of that show, it's pretty great and will be missed.

i donno i own all the Bevis and butt head dvds i watch those and i am laughin histerically, maybe because its me Tkoold and im crazy but bevis and butt head can always cheer me up
