In the 20th volume of the manga, creator Arakawa announced that a second Fullmetal Alchemist was being produced. Bones produces the new series with Yasuhiro Irie as director and Hiroshi Ōnogi as writer.[35][36] The series premiered on April 5, 2009 on MBS-TBS' Sunday 5:00 pm JST anime timeblock, replacing Mobile Suit Gundam 00, and that voice actors Romi Park and Rie Kugimiya reprised their roles as main characters Edward and Alphonse Elric respectively.[37] On March 20, 2009, it was announced that the English title of the series was Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood and that it would receive its English language premiere on Animax Asia, with Japanese audio and English subtitles, from April 10, 2009 at 8:30 p.m, five days after its Japanese premiere.[1] On April 3, 2009, Funimation announced they would stream English subtitled episodes 4 days after they air in Japan. Madman Entertainment will also stream it "within days" of the episodes airing in Japan.[38]

Fans rejoice! They're remaking FMA. This time around it will start following the manga.

http://www.kumby.com is a good place to stream anime. But they have a lot of annoying ads you need to be prepared for. Lol.

I go to that site all the time, but recently it has been glitching on me and won't let me hide the chat. (If I don't hide it, my ADD won't allow me to concentrate on the show!) Right now it only has one episode posted for Brotherhood, I think.

Yeah, I get that too. But you just have to click Hide Chat once and leave it alone and it will go away. Don't click it multiple times. >.>

They're redoing it at first then having it follow the manga.

i hate the episode where the little girl turns into a clamera because of her stupid dad then gets killed by that bad guy

they didnt make it as gorey as the first time, this time they did it off screen but on the original series they showed her die, it was terrible and disturbed me, that poor girl

this one still made me feel uneasy its just so sad, and they make it so sad

It's been one of my favourites for a while.

Also, that one episode (After watching the whole series on TV, back on Adult Swim) made me love the series. I really felt the emotions from it. Powerful stuff.

I was hoping they would show the same amount of intensity that they did on the original Anime, but I guess it's better for the more casual viewers.
