That's right, I said it, all of those are locked, so we need some more. =D Where else will we get our lulz?! [cowb]

I played this with pilot once, so pilot, if you happen to be browsing the 4M, since you lost this game and I gave you the answer, don't let the other 4Mers in on it! ;D
I'ma give you a situation, you can ask any yes or no question you want, as many as you want. You guys are teh detectives of this mystery case! Are you ready?!
Here goes:
The scenario- Romeo and Juliet are lying on the floor dead. They are in a puddle of water, surrounded by glass. The window is open, the curtains dancing in the breeze as it chillingly enters the room. There is a small rip in the curtain, was that there before these two met an unfortunate end? The apartment seems still, no disruption seems to have occurred, other than that previously stated.
Your job- To figure out how this happened, and how and why Romeo and Juliet ended up dead, by using your awesome skills, and by asking me, the all knowing Addy, yes or no questions.

Ice bazooka bullet, shot thru the window, ripping the curtain, and going thru the jar before striking the two as they were fooling around.
xD No that is completely wrong, but I agree with Shin that you deserve 10 awesome points for that.

Death by pickle. They were both really high and got the munchies, but all they had was a jar of pickles. After consuming them, the pair laid down and giggled for a spell. Suddenly Romeo frighteningly admitted to Juliet he was allergic to pickles. "I'm allergic too!" Juliet exclaimed! And then a mind shattering thought crept into their brains... An awkward pause filled the room as they realized they were both related....a realization that occurred too late to stop the horrid acts they took part in an hour ago...and the night before that, and the night before that... With all the harsh vibes in the room, their trips took a turn for the "omg the air is eating me" and they took turns clawing holes in each other to remove the evil pickles that were ailing them. The last sound they both heard was the jar shattering, as their stomaches burst from all the inflammation, the sickly smelling juice spilling out across the hard wood floor...
and THAT is how the police found them the next morning.

it was bondage gone wrong they ripped the curtain for a blindfold for juliet and she accidentaly knocked over a vase of flowers then romieo decidedto use those shards to "punish" her. the when he accidentaly killed her he did the same to himself

I've analyzed the topic post and came up with a good conclusion:
Romeo and Juliet were in their room when the decided to open the window and it started raining. They had some drink in a glass and romeo accidentally slipped and fell, pulling on the curtain and ripping it. He accidentally causes his glass to break over her head, killing her. He hits the ground so hard the the impact on the ground ruptures his brain and they're both dead!

You guys need to have incredibly open minds with this one.. think way outside of the box
I'll give you guys a hint: The curtain was ripped in a hasty get away. There was no sexual happenings going on in any way, the window was never broken, and therefore you can assume, the broken glass had nothing to do with the window. The water they are in really is water, its not anything else.

No, but still a good guess. You have the origins of the broken glass and the water, you have the fish part. You are missing one key element.
The tear in the curtain is your hint.

The cat knocked over the bowl and spilled out the water and fish. Romeo and Juliet are the fish. The cat leapt out the window and ripped the curtain on the way out.
