Funny enough theres a Harlock anime called... Cosmo Warrior Zero.. [hehez]

But it goes like this if you own em..

1st. The Matel Legend OVA movie
2nd. Captain harlock the series
and 3rd. the HARLOCK SAGA OVA's

thats not the order they were released, but it is the order you will be most satisfied with on how they wrote the stories.
