Why not just say the truth. If you build a relationship on lies, you will just end up unhappy.

1. I am going to say cute things to make you think i'm sensitive.
2. I will probably date you for a limited time, then move on.
3. That dress makes you look very very fat, try something else on chunky.
4. I think your family are all tools.

For once Kinjo is right; sweet little comments like that are cute once in a while, but they can't be constant or even frequent, if you same them very rarely you might get a cute giggle from the corniness of it but too often they'll lose their appeal

Make all compliments honest compliments, but don't be blunt and rude about things that you don't like (for example if you don't think her clothes compliment her, dont say she looks ugly today or something stupid, you're gonna get dumped) C: keep it kind and honest and you'll have a good deal

As for sweet things to say, this has to be the sweetest thing you can tell a girl:
