o.o Cellphones are reckless driving... unless like... o.o a bad driver is using the phone or something... its actually a good thing i think, to be able to communicate while driving; you can get directions, check on the status of people, ect.
Like when my brother got stuck in the ice and we left my dad there to help, while driving home we had to try and connect to him constantly to make sure a car hadnt hit him or his vehicle and to be sure they were safe and know when they got the car free so we knew they were safe.
Also if you get lost and you are focused on trying to find where you are and where you are going, instead of being walked through it on the phone, you tend to be a worse driver.
