i'm telling you it wont happen, seriously what will most americans do with that money?
spend it on more things made in china, and not help anything
or pay off a little of there debt and still be broke

I dont have debt or really buy much other than booze and food. So It will benefit me!

Dude compared to all the spending on war the goverment giving billions back to the People who have been over taxed for 100+ years is a good enough use to me.
