Title: i got my new book "when i say no, i feel guilty"!!

I GOT MY BOOK in the MAIL Today! SO awesome!! i read 43 pages out of the 283 and i am more SELF CONFIDENT ALREADY!! (But i will read the rest of course),
for those curious the book is called "When i say no, i feel guilty"
its a old book that was writen in 1975 and there are dated things that dont completly translate to curent time but i can still understand where its going and how to update its meaning.
its a book that helps improve ones assertiveness in both buisness and life, and Amazingly it also deals with depressive issues, such as how one becomes depressed through conversation, i Needed this book a long Long time ago like 10 years ago this book directly talks to me and i feel Better and empowered Already [ele]

Old books wont help you too much psychologically, because it is such a new study and its gone through a lot of true and false theories, but if it works for you thats great! =3

dont underestimate it you should lookup the book title i could even mail it to you after im done it was only 5$ with shipping it dives into alot of human relation psycological help on many different topics.

I am not underestimating, but rather stating that the 70s understanding of the psychological ongoings of the human minds is incredibly vague and not entirely true when compared to the theories and books of today
