Title: study finds 1/3rd of americans too Sleepy to work

And i think im one of them i Sleep like 8-10 hrs a day... follow that with 6-8 hrs of work and theres not much of the day left for me... i donno what to do..
and get about 5 hours of free time, which take away getting ready, eating, pooping, driving
then there is your free lesuire time
Getting ready, eating and the like don't take up much time. As for the free time, that's why I have a DVR. I record anything on tv that I want to watch and watch it when I get home at night. I sometimes play video games when I get home too. The only downfall of my shift is most stuff is closed by the time I get home from work.

so about 30min to 1hr free time a day?

I go to bed around 2. I get home from work about 11. So it's a few hours, plus I can usually force myself to get up around 10 if I have important stuff to do that day. So I make it work.

sleep at about 10, wake up at 7 works for me...

i just sleep to much 10 hrs a day... average [ele2]

8hrs sleep 8hrs work 8hrs play =24hrs
Its fair and balanced.
When you start messing with the system you run into trouble.
4hrs sleep 8hrs work 12hrs play
This works for a day or two but then this happends
12hrs sleep 4hrs work 8hrs play
And that affects your income so then this happends
4hrs sleep 16hrs work 4hrs play
So bite the bullet and sleep enough, work enough and play enough, its just simpler.
