Lots of it tastes fine, if you buy it fresh and prepare it yourself, with a little education on whats good and thats not it works
skinned boneless chicken breast is the healthiest part of chicken, and can be prepared in a thousand different ways, that are both healthy and taste good; buying it fresh and with less or no preservatives is healthy too
same goes with vegetables and fruits; buy them fresh, not frozen or canned, and steam them
Glazed carrots are both sweet, nommy, and low in calories, and so are a lot of various steamed vegetable platters. Fruit is always good for you, and apples have been proven to awaken a person better in the morning in a more healthy and revitalizing way than even coffee.
Anything cooked in vegetable oil (except baked goods that is) can be substituted with olive oil; a much healthier alternative, and omega 3 products and anything whole wheat is the better route to go. Water is free of calories and a good way to keep you hydrated, and even flavored waters are healthy and tastey.
It all depends on what you know and how much effort you put forth. =D I love cooking and I'm sometimes a bit of a health food freak ;3
Homemade breads are also a thousand times healthier and more delicious than store bought =D
