get it fixed by a pc shop, if the hd is dead, just get a new hd, with windows

No, his whole operating system died. It's funny. LOL.
Like it won't load. It's missing certain .dll files that are necessary for windows the start up, so... He's screwed. He has to re-install the whole OS.

try deleting system 32, works awesome if you have a problem

Yeah, but the problem is, he can't get to the loading screen BEFORE safe mode. ;(

Actually my parents dont have enough money to even get it fixed right now. But luckilly I have everything important saved to an external hard drive. So until then ill manage with ToV.

I'd do it for him if he had a boot disk/windows xp install disk. But I don't feel like browsing sites to find cracked versions of those. They tend to have viruses... So... Nah, I'll pass.
Dixon: Just when you go get it fixed, buy windows XP from the place so then you can install it whenever you need to reformat. You also need a boot disk so you can reformat.
