Lol one would think its easy to make a profit but it looks like a trash heap and has 850$ back taxes and city cleanup due on it so its a problematic property no one wants, i hope the person going OMG  [chair] finds out they cant sell the place and that it only costs them money.. they dont even Live in Michigan where the property is.. LOL
