I just thought this website was cool and you guys should try it

It made me believe I wasn't real and it was a Human o.O
also I stumped it a few times I think it only remembers phrases rather than the conversation itself

its very simple really, all it does is send your questions to another user, and gives you an answer from someone else. so the outcomes are vast. thats why you get random answers sometimes. with a million users all asking similar questions its not to hard for it to work.
