Cyber-Punk anime about this high-tech robot chick cop where all hell goes loose when this madman starts killing androids who have pretended to be humans. Lots of action and gunplay!

Yeah. the animation is cool and uses pale-ish colors with vibrant blood splatter! Keifer Sutherland does voice acting in this! Its my first anime I every sought out and watched.
