So because my girlfriend is super awesome, she is making this for me. For those of you not familiar it's the Crimson Omen logo from the video game Gears of War. She also made a happy mac one(which I sadly don't have any pictures of). I'll make sure to post the finished product as soon as it's done.

It's a cross stitch, so it uses needle and thread to do. Not yarn which would be used in knit.

While that would be an awesome idea, they take a ton of time to do and to sell stuff like that, not to mention that anything like this, probably would result in some type of copyright infringement.

Some of the stuff other people have done are epic, there's a whole website dedicated to video game cross stitch projects. Makes me wish I had the patience for this.

I want the Street Fighter 2 character select screen one, the mario world 1-1 one, my girlfriend is making me the "mario through the ages" one. (It's all the variations of Mario through the different mario games, plus a Mario on a yoshi.

Luckily this project didn't cost us anything other than the frame, she happened to have leftover materials from other projects.

To answer Whale's question, we are hanging it up in the living room or our new office(after we move into our new place) and to answer Kinjos question, I'm sure she can, it'll probably take a while for her to get to though.
