Title: xbox live down

So as of the past few nights, Microsoft has been having issues with getting people to connect to Xbox Live. The sad thing is, games that aren't supported as online are causing console freezes. (In my case Assasin's Creed) Glad I'm not paying for a LIVE membership...yet.

No, it's basically from the console trying to conitnously connect to xbox live. Mine froze a few times while trying to have it connect. I had to reboot the console, disconnect the console from the router, and only then would Assasin's Creed even work.

i laugh at all those who say Xbox is better than PS3 for this reason.

Same here My Account Work Keep Logging Out Then In continuously and never signed into the messenger.

I had a similar problem, it wouldn't let me create more xbox live profiles for my friends, it kept saying "xbox live signup is currently unavailable"

I played Beatiful Katamari online today and it lagged so freakin badly. I think it's a nationwide problem with their servers. I tried playing Gears online and I couldn't even connect. As for the crashing issue, I think it had more to do with my disc more than anything, I cleaned it off and it works perfectly now. I've actually beaten Assasin's Creed since then. ^_^
