Pokemon has just been blown into my face and shattered. This is absolutely amazing, and I agree with this 100%. I have now lived.

As long as you can support your opinion with facts people will start believing you. In my opinion Pokemon is just something for kids to watch and help teach them to open their minds to new ideas and at the same time, have fun/be entertained. I pretty confident that Pokemon isn't symbolic in such a way or they would have gone into deeper character development about each character's personality and view points to reflect Ash's. Most things that concerned a character's background was usually covered in just a few episodes and then quickly forgotten about. I would still say it’s a pretty impressive analysis of it though.
