We don't use much in the lines of measurements, so I'll do my best to come up with some.
You will need:
10-12 large potatoes
1 box farina/Cream of wheat
Salt to taste
Cooking Oil (for stove top frying)
Supplies:
A blender
A knife
A potato peeler (or the knife)
A strainer
Funnel/measuring cup
Directions:
1) Peel and cube potatoes; rinse in strainer
2) Put potatoes in blender and blend into creamy mixture; place in bowl.
3) Add box of farina and salt to taste; mix well
4) Heat oil in skillet over medium heat
5) Using a funnel, measuring cup, or the edge of the bowl to spill into hot oil; should make patties with a circumference anywhere from 2-3 inches
6) Eat with jelly, sour cream, Jelly sour cream mixture (the best), apple sauce, cranberry sauce, sauerkraut, or other preferred dip/sauce C:
It's pretty easy and tastes amazing :D
