im curious who take vitamins? i have to start taking multivitamins

its funny but flintsotnes are the best for your money$$$

nearly half the cost of Muti V and all the others and it is the same stuff 100% Daily Values of all of em in one tablet.

when im able to and push myself to, i do notice im Happier and more focused when i take dosses of vitamins in a frequent pattern for more then 3-5 days.

I do try to get Vitamins, not always routinly just cuz of money
but i drink vitamin water and go out of my way to have other stuff that has vitamins in it. better then absolutly nothin.

those are the most Spendy, trust me Look at the bottle of centrum and look and Flintstones you tell me if theres any differences in the vitamins contained and the %'s

i took vitamins every day until i was 10 or so. those Flintstones vitamins kick ass.

I did when I was younger, I took the Flintstones ones. Those were great. I just try to make sure I drink a lot of juice while I'm at work now and it seems to get me by.
