Scranton Area (where I live now) celebrated St Paddy's day last week, during the Scranton St Patricks Day parade, bars were open from sunrise to... sunrise of the next day? roommates got really smashed, I was out with my bestie and sister, got pulled over by a drunk cop for going 60 in a 45, cop smelled his own breath, and kept asking if i was at a party or drinking or is someone spilled a beer on me or inside my car, and took both mine and my sister's IDs.... o.o The beer smell went away when the cop went away, and he was acting.... weird.... I got off with a "warning" (Its like my third speeding "warning" :Bc) and told to go home :P which is where i was going anyway
