Title: Fitness Results!

It's been about 29 days since my last max out (bench wise). I started at lifting 205lb and now I'm at 245lbs! Next goal is 280lbs! :D  [yum]

i only use a balance ball for sit ups and 8 pound weights on my arms

just to stay slim, i don't want to be all muscly, lol

@Kinjo: Well I'm going for toned actually. I have the build already, without really doing much to cause (well the growth hormones in the chickens might be a cause of that too :P).

-thread update-

I weigh 268lbs.

Benching max is 250lbs (about 20 more pounds and I'll be able to lift more than myself. I can do 25 consecutive pushups easy now. :B)

Leg press 855lbs.

I don't know how much I can squat.

I hang clean 165lbs (should be 235, but I'll get thar hopefully. :])

I need to work on my running too.
