Okay well Addy departs now to Jersey to spend Saturday night and Sunday night at the beach. Soooooo because my sister broke my laptop, I will be computerless until Monday -.- So yar, no Addy for a few days. ;D Leave me something nice.
Anywho, being gone for two days doesn't seem to suffice as a proper topic starter, so whee, talk about the beach!
My favorite part is how pretty it can be, and how relaxing the atmosphere is, with the waves crashing against the shore, and the soft sand beneath your feet and the light breeze through your hair, and the warm sun shining down on you. =P

I haven't gone to the beach ONCE this year because of my job--this teenybopper that works at the coffee shop is going to college and she went to the beach 3 times this year, which left us low on employees so I got plenty of hours and no time to take off. This blows.

^^ I'm so happy. Today we found a live clam and he was so cool! Name him Milfrid. It was cold though, so I only got my feet wet, because I hate the cold o.o And uh... I bought stuff for my baby brother.. Going back tomorrow... =]

The only beach I really go to is Ocean City, NJ. The boardwalk is sensational.

Come to think of it, I live in Southern California, and I rarely ever go to the beach, I haven't even been to one in I think about 7 years or so.
Unless fishing on a pier in Redondo Beach counts.

o.o When I go fishing I only ever play with the minnows. They are so cewt and tiny! ^^
Also, I was at Sandy Hook, NJ... at.... Sandy Hook... =P Great beach, been to Ocean City too, but... Sandy Hooks is our like... beach... the main beach we always visit when he go to New Jersey... too many memories =P
ANYWHO! =] I am home now, (yay!) and able to be online more often. Although, my parents got this brilliant idea that once my sister goes to college and my brother is entirely moved into his new apartment, we will go to the beach AGAIN just me, my baby brother, and my parents. -.- Let's see if it really happens...

Yeah the beach isnt a big deal for us Califolk since we are right next to it. I go to the beach about once a season. Mostly for a bonfire. Even tho I am not a fan of swimming, I feel a sort of belonging to the beach.

I have no rhythm or power for swimming, not a lot of fat to keep me floating either. Im tall, slender, and have lower body strength; im a runner by nature.

o.o If the fat people have air in their lungs, they can float. When all the lungs are empty, or filled with water, then you are able to sink. Also, fat people definitely would float better, because fat floats quite well.
