I don't know how many people here are American. But to those who are or are not. Does it bother you that we always have to deal with the Spanish Language and the English language. Why can't people who come to america, just learn the english language. I am not going to go to Bolivia and expect them to talk to me in English, so why should people that come to America expect us to bow down to them and speak to them in there native language?

We do this too much; provide no incentive for non English speaking Americans to learn to language. Products, signs, everything comes with translations; in fact its a lot harder to find work if you don't speak Spanish and English. Its required of doctors now, in fact.
If there is no incentive to speak English, then why ever learn?

learning a language takes time and thus marketing campaigns put things in both languages to attract more buyers.

in most countrys english is the second language, and is a requirement to graduate school such as germany, france, japan

Germany* and yes, all germans begin learning English by 5th grade.
Also, when you look at products with several languages on them, its usually because the product is exported to several countries and sold in the same package

I'm just tired of shitty indian phone operators at tech support. Thankfully, the only benefit to come out of that is that I avoided being charged for printer non-help by the stupid operator screwing up my email and adding another 'er'
